AI Use

With artificial intelligence (AI) front of mind for many, especially concerning generative AI and how it’s used, I want to set out a clear statement of my own use of AI as an aid to help you understand it and to avoid any doubt about its role in helping me create the content you read here.
I use generative artificial intelligence as a research assistant to help me delve deep into topics I’m passionate about writing. Via my prompts and interactive engagement, the AI searches for, finds, and sifts through lots of public data, spotting trends, and highlighting relevant sources and topics, giving me a rich tapestry of information to draw from. It will also suggest and recommend structure and focus for an article that I may or may not use.
I use a variety of AI tools, primarily ChatGPT Plus, along with other generative tools that emerge into the public domain. I use a number of generative AI image creators, especially DALL-E 3 integrated with ChatGPT Plus and Adobe Firefly. In addition, I try out and experiment with new AI tools that come to market (and there are lots).
This allows me to give my attention to creating content that’s not just engaging but also researched, and verified by me.
In sum, generative AIs are fantastic resources for making my research and creative processes more robust, enabling me to create the stories you read here.
